As a new mom, it is incredibly important to take care of yourself so that you are able to be the best mom to your baby. This is why self-care strategies are so important. The struggle that new moms often face is that they are limited with the time they can devote toward self-care. Finding quick and easy self-care activities may be more practical for many new mothers. Below is a list of self-care activities to add into your self-care toolbox:

Exercising/walking with baby

Meditation/Prayer
Reading a book

Taking a bath/warm shower

There are many more options to consider. Anything that recharges your battery or fills up your tank in a healthy way could be an option. While you may not have hours to dedicate toward self-care, even several minutes of something can oftentimes be better than nothing!
